This has been by far the largest project I have ever undertaken. I was in charge of everything from architecture to design, and from site admin to employing freelance developers. This arguably shows off my skills in design and project management more than my technical ability.
For those curious, the whole site runs off a custom Wordpress build, even the flash homepage.
This microsite was made purely to host and showcase my final degree film.
It's simple, inoffensive and in some respects defies gravity...
The Bakery is a collective of friends that enjoy making things, and this is our online portfolio.
An almost perverse fascination with 1970s cookery books, along with our name “The Bakery” meant that design inspiration was not going to be hard to find. In true Bakery/collaborative style, I designed the website and it was carefully mixed together and baked in flash (not the cleaning product) by my good friend Max Heide. I designed and created the Wordpress theme for the blog too!
This is an online catalogue I made for a carpenter friend of mine and his small wooden delights. Photography and print design (leaflets, businesscards) also feature as some of the work I have done here.
This website was designed and built to look like a convincing university website. Though with closer inspection, one will spot the obvious irony. This website was made to accompany the radio sitcom 'Konkers' that was written by my friend Richard Dadd.
Among its pages of hilarity, functionality includes a custom built “listen again” service, and seamless blog integration (I never want to use those 3 words together again).
